 Wedding Day Management

Your wedding is one of the most exciting times of your life. It can also be one of the most stressful.

As wedding day managers, here are some of the things we can do to help relieve that stress

so you can enjoy your day.

  • Complimentary consultation prior to your wedding

  • Review contracted vendors

  • Create a detailed timeline

  • Contact vendors to become point of contact, send them a timeline, review contracted services

  • Venue walk through

  • Attend rehearsal and work with officiant to choreograph ceremony, processional and recessional

  • Present and review timeline with wedding party

  • Arrive early at ceremony location to set up signs, programs, candles, bubbles, etc.

  • Distribute bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres

  • Direct groomsmen to start escorting guests

  • Cue musicians (or start music)

  • Line up bridal party

  • Decorate vehicles during ceremony

  • Gather family and friends for photos

  • Marriage license safekeeping

  • Transportation coordination

  • Transfer anything needed from wedding venue to reception location

  • Maintain Bridal Emergency Kit (just in case)

  • Ensure everyone adheres to timeline

  • Handle any emergencies that may arise

  • Greet vendors at reception and ensure they are set up properly (DJ/band, caterers, florist, bakery)

  • Facilitate cocktail hour if needed

  • Meet with catering staff to confirm dinner service timeline

  • Set up guest book and pen, escort cards, cake cutting utensils, table numbers, menu cards, favors

  • Facilitate introduction of bridal party and bride and groom

  • Cue band/DJ, photographer when important events take place (first dance, cake cutting, etc.)

  • Remain easily accessible through the entire event in case there are any details you need attended to

  • Submit predetermined social media postings (FB, Instagram, Twitter)

  • Pack up gifts/cards, miscellaneous ceremony and reception items and have them ready to be removed from site

  • Pack up/box remaining items that need to be picked up by vendors

  • Coordinate/confirm reception departure transportation
